Bajaj Auto to produce 50,000 units of V

Bajaj Auto is planning to ramp up the production capacity of its latest 150-cc commute bike ‘V’ from the current 20,000 units per month to 50,000 at its Waluj (Aurangabad) and Pantnagar (Uttarakhand) plants in the next
four months. Announcing the
launch of ‘V’, which contains
metal from India’s first aircraft carrier INS Vikrant, the company said the new commute bike had drawn unprecedented interest and enquiries not just from India but from abroad also.
