Berndt Buchmann has been appointed as Director, Group Service of Volkswagen Group Sales India Private Limited. As the Head of Group After Sales, he will be responsible for Parts Operations and Warehousing, Technical Service and Warranty, Training Academy for Sales and After Sales and Vehicle Logistics for Volkswagen Group Sales India. In his position as Head of After Sales, Buchmann will take over responsibility for Parts Operations and Warehousing, Technical Service and Warranty, Training Academy for Sales and After Sales and Vehicle Logistics at Volkswagen Group Sales India. In his new role as Head of Group After Sales, Buchmann will be reporting to Thierry Lespiaucq, Managing Director, Volkswagen Group Sales India Private Limited.
