The BMW 5 Series has registered year-to-date extraordinary growth of 38 per cent in 2017 establishing it as the most progressive business sedan in India.
BMW Mobile Studios, BMW Experience Tours, BMW M Performance driver training, BMW xDrive Experiences have been instrumental in further establishing BMW as the most desired brand in India and have driven market offensive across emerging markets.
Since the launch of the all-new BMW 5 Series, the sales performance in the third quarter has been at its best. BMW Group India sales for January 2017 to September 2017 has grown by 17.3 per cent as compared to 2016. BMW Group India has delivered 7,138 cars to customers in the calendar year 2017, up to now.
“This radical growth is a result of our all-round strategy, our resolute approach in its implementation and our absolute commitment to our customers and their needs. We are confident of continuing this momentum as we strongly believe, that leading the growth of the premium car segment in India is more important than anything,” said Vikram Pawah, President, BMW Group India.
According to Pawah, the unique combination of the BMW 5 Series design, intelligent technologies and innovative control concepts have all led to the car setting a benchmark in all areas.
“It (BMW 5 Series) promises to remain the most popular vehicle among Indian customers giving a new interpretation to sheer driving pleasure,” he further added.
