Bosch strengthening presence in India

The Bosch Group is strengthening its presence in the Indian growth market. “In 2016, we are planning to invest more than Euro100 million in our Indian manufacturing and development locations,” said Peter Tyroller, the member of the Bosch board of management responsible for the Asia Pacific region. The lion’s share of this investment is going towards expanding the Bosch Adugodi location in Bengaluru. In the last two years, the global supplier of technology and services has invested nearly Euro 50 million to turn its oldest Indian manufacturing location into a high-tech development centre. In the presence of prominent guests from politics and business, Bosch recently inaugurated two new facilities that offer space for 20 state-of-the-art research and test labs. More investments are planned to keep expanding the Adugodi location in the coming years.
