Premium Italian bike maker Ducati has re-entered the Indian market officially, through its subsidiary Ducati India Pvt Ltd. Their Gurgaon showroom is the largest of its kind in the world. It was also the venue of their first official press conference since entering India and they made use of the occasion to announce the arrival of two new variants of the Scrambler as well, these are the Classic and Full Throttle variants.
The company has opened its first two dealerships in India at Delhi NCR & Mumbai which have received tremendous response from the motorcycling community. During the conference, Ducati announced that they will be opening another outlet at UB City, Bangalore in October this year. This will be further followed by several more additions all over the country beginning with Pune and Hyderabad. A wide range of motorcycles are currently on offer by the iconic manufacturer that appeal to different enthusiasts.
Elaborating further on the two Scrambler variants Ravi stated, “We’re proud to unveil the Scrambler Classic and Full Throttle and are confident that motorcyclists will love these versatile machines also. Of the two new Scrambler variants introduced, the Classic is aimed at those who appreciate attention to detail and 1970s style, but who don’t want to compromise on riding pleasure and functionality. The Full Throttle version, inspired by the flat track world, is destined for those who want a motorcycle perfect for every-day use and with a distinctive racing style.”
