Hyundai Motor India Ltd has launched its all-new global SUV, the Creta. Prices for this SUV starts at Rs 8.59 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). With the new launch Hyundai now strengthens its position in the Indian SUV market, offering wide range of products for its customers.

Based on Hyundai Motor’s evolved ‘Fluidic Sculpture 2.0 Design philosophy’, Creta demonstrates all the essential attributes of dynamism, comfort, safety and style.
The Creta comes with the option of one petrol and two diesel engines. The petrol is the 1.6-litre Gamma VTVT engine developing 121 bhp and 151 Nm of torque. Fuel efficiency is an ARAI certified 15.29 kmpl. The diesel is the acclaimed U2 unit coming in displacements of 1.6- and 1.4-litres. The 1.6-litre develops 126 bhp and 260 Nm of torque, and comes with the option of automatic gearbox in only the top SX+ trim. The bigger diesel unit gives out 19.67 kmpl and 17.01 kmpl with the auto and manual gearbox respectively. The 1.4-litre on the other hand generates 88 bhp and 220 Nm of twisting force and with only the six-speed manual on offer, is the most fuel efficient at 21.38 kmpl.
