Ola is India’s first smartphone-enabled cab service that helps a customer book a cab and track it till it reaches its destination, all on the mobile phone. Services provided by Olacabs include point-to-point services within the city, hour-based rental services and bookings for outstation travel.

On the supply side, Ola expects to make a sizeable difference to the revenues earned by cab operators by improving efficiency, optimising cab inventory and reducing idle time. Ola also conducts regular car audits, driver training and sensitisation sessions to ensure standardised service delivery and customer experience.
