Projects worth $112 bn put on fast track

The Centre’s project monitoring group has fast-tracked the clearance of over 200 projects worth

about $112 billion. Minister of State for External Affairs, Gen VK Singh, while addressing the

second India-Central Europe Business Forum meet, said that the project management monitoring group,

which works under the Union Cabinet Secretariat, had found 548 projects with a total investment of

$346 billion in slow progress.
