Leading commercial vehicle manufacturer, VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) - a joint venture between the Volvo Group and Eicher Motors Limited (EML) - is currently working on a new multi axle heavy duty truck. A camouflaged Eicher heavy duty tractor was recently seen driving at Indore roads. This soon to be launched new variant bears a distinct appearance and looks more powerful than ever before. This would be a part of the Eicher Pro series of heavy duty trucks, manufactured at their facility in Pithampur.
VECV records highest ever monthly sales with a growth of 28.4%
VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd, a Volvo Group and Eicher Motors joint venture, recorded the highest ever sales for a month with 9,411 units in March 2018 as compared to 7,327 units in March 2017, registering a growth of 28.4 per cent. This includes 9,245 units from Eicher brand and 166 units from Volvo brand.
VECV records Y-o-Y growth of 22.8%
VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) Ltd, a Volvo Group and Eicher Motors joint venture, has sold 6,882 units in February 2018 as compared to 5,603 units February 2017, recording a year-on-year (Y-o-Y) growth of 22.8 per cent. This includes 6,789 units of Eicher brand and 93 units of Volvo brand.
