Tata International and GST Autoleather Inc., to form a joint venture in India

Tata International Limited, a supplier of leather products to the automotive industry in India, and GST Autoleather Inc. have announced that they will form a joint venture company headquartered in Mumbai to supply automotive leather products to the expanding Indian Original Equipment market and other export markets. The joint venture, Tata International GST Auto Leather, will have operations at Dewas in Madhya Pradesh. In a joint statement, Noel. N. Tata, Managing Director, Tata International and Dennis Hiller, President and CEO, GST AutoLeather, Inc. said that the joint venture brings together two companies with a long heritage in the leather business. The two companies share common values and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
