TVS Tyres showcases 2W tyres range at Autoserve 2018

TVS Tyres showcased its latest offerings of two-wheeler tyres at the eighth edition of Autoserve, which was held at the Chennai Trade Centre from November 23-25, 2018. India is the world’s largest two-wheeler market and the recent shift to BS-IV and adoption of other safety norms has contributed to a substantial growth of 14.8 per cent in the two-wheeler industry. According to a recent report, the vehicle population in Tamil Nadu has crossed the 2.5 crore mark, with two-wheelers dominating the state roads and contributing 84 per cent of the total sales in the state, it presents an opportunity for the company to expand its reach in the domestic two-wheeler tyre market.

Backed by extensive R&D in the tyre-making, TVS Tyres innovates and manufactures tyres for all two-wheelers, ranging from performance bikes, commuter bikes, scooters and scooterette. The company displayed its diverse product portfolio that includes two-wheeler radial tyres ‘PROTORQ’, the high performance radial tyres for premium motorcycles. With its latest offerings in the two-wheeler segment, TVS Tyres intends to accelerate and strengthen its brand presence in the domestic two-wheeler tyre market.

With its 8th edition, CII has decided to enlarge the scope of Autoserve by adding new features like tyre pavilion, battery pavilion, accessories and decoration and auto components pavilion. With the addition of these focused pavilions, the automotive service segment was fully covered this year. Additionally, Autoserve 2018 specifically focused on automobile tyres, re-treated tyres, tyre maintenance and repair technology, enabling visitors to have a detailed information.
